Contact usAs soon as the payment is recorded, the platform automatically creates the virtual machine on Proxmox: it clones the template, configures CPU, RAM, disk and network, then boots it. It usually takes just a few minutes; you can follow the status from the panel.
Credit card via Stripe (when enabled), bank transfer using the references shown on the invoice, and prepaid credit on your account.
For Italian customers we apply the standard rate. For EU businesses with a valid VAT number the reverse charge applies; for customers outside the EU the transaction is outside the scope of VAT. The rate and the legal note are shown on the invoice.
Yes. From the panel you start, shut down and reboot the VM, view CPU, memory and traffic, open the console and regenerate the root password. With the Snapshot add-on you can also create restore points. You get full root access via SSH.
Account passwords are stored with scrypt and a random salt; sessions use random tokens stored only as hashes and can be revoked. Server credentials and infrastructure tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
Yes. From the panel you request cancellation at the end of the period: the service stays active until it expires and no new invoices will be issued.
